Reiki - an energy healing technique that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body.  Energy flows into the body through the hands of the practitioner and balances and heals the energy in the client's body.

Body Talk - relatively unknown to the general public, it is a healing technique that prioritizes the cause of a client's illness by asking the body itself, then addressed the cause (emotional, physical, environmental) with a variety of non-invasive techniques.

Although living in Saint John, she feels like a part of the Valley community.
